Madison Reed Unveils DIY Balayage Highlighting Kit

Direct-to-consumer hair color brand Madison Reed launched its first do-it-yourself highlighting kit, Light Works, a two-step process which involves first lightening and then toning for a balayage look. The ammonia-free kit also includes one application of Bond Building Cleansing Treatment for strengthening the newly-treated hair.
