Reckitt Benckiser's Chairman Bellamy And Board Of Directors Get Reelected

Reckitt Benckiser said 85.3 percent of shares voted in support of company chairman Adrian Bellamy and the rest of the board of directors. Despite Institutional Shareholder Services recommending abstaining in the vote on Bellamy, only 14.7 percent voted against the chairman. Almost 31 percent voted against the reelection of Kenneth Hydon, chairman of the audit committee when the safety scandal happened in South Korea.
